摘要(Abstract):
针对印尼煤高挥发分、高水分、低热值、低灰熔点等特性,结合某发电厂超超临界燃煤发电机组锅炉多次掺烧印尼煤的实际情况,分析了印尼煤各项特性所产生的掺烧不利因素,讨论了印尼煤掺烧对机组燃料校正、煤水比控制、协调控制等重要部分的影响,并针对性地提出了掺烧安全措施、控制策略和解决方案,为超超临界燃煤发电机组锅炉安全经济地掺烧印尼煤或其他类似煤种提供依据。
In view of high volatility, high moisture content, low heat value and low ash fusion point of Indonesian coals and in accordance to the operation practice of ultra-supercritical coal-fired units that adopt blended Indonesian coals in a power plant, the paper analyzes the adverse factors caused by various characteristics of Indonesian coals and discusses its effect on fuel correction, coal water ratio control and coordination control. In order to provide the basis for the safe and economical blended combustion of Indonesian coals or other similar coals, the safety measures, control strategies and solutions are put forward.
