摘要(Abstract)：

为适应通信业务向上集中的变化和"统一监控、分级运维"模式的开展,湖州电力公司根据地县通信网络实际,分析了地县一体化网络的建设方案和注意事项,比较了各种方案的应用场景和优缺点,开展优化调整,构建了地县一体的通信网络。
To adapt to changes of bottom-up integration of communication services and implementation of "unified monitoring and graded operation and maintenance",Huzhou Power Supply Company analyzes construction scheme of prefecture-county integrated communication networks and the precautions in accordance with the practical situation of prefecture-level and county-level communication networks;it compares application prospect and pros and cons of various schemes to implement optimization and adjustment and constructs prefecture-county integrated communication networks.
