摘要(Abstract)：

针对目前地县供电企业科技创新工作存在的问题,提出了构建覆盖各层级的科技创新网络,编制适用于地县供电企业的科技项目管理全过程标准化文档模板及典型范例,规范科技项目各阶段电子文档命名,编制地县供电企业科技项目管理培训教材和深化知识产权管理等工作举措,取得了一定的管理成效。
Aiming at problems in technological innovation in prefecture and county level power supply enterprises, the paper suggests building a technological innovation network that covers all levels, compiling overall process standardization document templates and typical example for technological innovation applicable to prefecture and county level power supply enterprises, standardizing electronic document naming in all steps of technology program, compiling training material for technology program management in prefecture and county level power supply enterprises and deepening intellectual property management, by from management effect is achieved.
