变电所出线侧不停电安装高压带电显示装置的方法研究Study on Installation Method of High Voltage Presence Indicating Device at Substation Outlet Side without Power Cut

摘要(Abstract):
防误装置全面覆盖、防误装置功能正常对保障电力系统的安全生产具有十分重大的意义。在现阶段,有很大一部分变电所的防误装置安装率达不到100%的要求。现有解决该问题的方法又都存在需要停电安装维护等问题,将会影响供电的可靠性。为此提出一种新的方法,通过实施不停电安装一种新型的高压带电显示装置,对防误装置安装不完善的变电所进行改进,提高了变电所的防误装置完善率。
Full coverage and normal functioning of anti-maloperation devices are critical to ensure production safety of power system. At present, installation rate of anti-maloperation devices in most substations cannot reach a percentage of 100 as required. However the existing installation and maintenance methods need power cut, which influences power supply reliability. The paper proposes a new method of high voltage presence indicating device installation without power cut to improve substations with incomplete anti-maloperation device and increase the installation rate of the devices in substations.
