两种商用SCR催化剂的Hg0催化氧化性能对比研究Comparison of Hg0 Catalytic Oxidation Performances of Two Commercial SCR Catalysts

摘要(Abstract):
为研究SCR催化剂的脱汞特性,在燃煤烟气Hg反应形态转化机理实验台上,对2种常用的SCR催化剂(CATYQ和CATJX)的Hg0催化氧化性能进行了对比研究。实验结果表明,CATYQ表面孔的尺寸要小于CATJX,具备更多的细小孔隙结构,对Hg0的氧化能力优于CATJX。2种催化剂元素构成差异是导致最终催化Hg0性能差别的主要原因。CATYQ催化效果较好还与Mo O3有关,具体机理还有待进一步验证。
For study of demercuration performance of SCR catalysts, two commonly used commercial SCR catalysts(CATYQand CATJX) are tested on the coal-fired flue gas mercury reaction and form transformation mechanism test bed for comparative study of different Hg0 catalytic oxidation performances. The experimental result demonstrates that surface porous holes of CATYQare dimensionally smaller than those of CATJX, and CATYQowns more porous structures and has better Hg0 oxidation performance than CATJXdoes. The element composition differences of two catalysts are the main reason for the different Hg0 catalytic oxidation performances. The favorable performance of CATYQis related to Mo O3; however, the specific mechanism needs further confirmation.
