基于虚终端技术的智能变电站二次设备远程管理Remote Management System for Secondary Equipment of Intelligent Substation Based on Virtual Terminal Technology

摘要(Abstract):
随着智能变电站的快速发展,站内二次设备实现了数据模型的标准化,设备间实现了数字化互通互联,但在运行维护层面仍沿用传统的就地检修方式。对此,提出了一种基于虚拟终端技术的智能变电站二次设备远程管理方案,并根据此方案开发了虚拟终端系统。该系统由主站端远程浏览服务器、主站端浏览软件、子站端代理服务器3部分组成,通过主站端可随时远程查看智能变电站内二次设备运行情况,便于全局掌握变电站运行状态,缩短了故障处理响应时间,降低了运维成本。
With the rapid development of intelligent substation, secondary equipment in substation is standardized in data model, and digital interconnection between devices is achieve. But operation and maintenance still follow the traditional local repair. A remote management scheme for secondary equipment of intelligent substation based on virtual terminal technology is proposed, and a virtual terminal system is developed. The system, comprising remote browse server and browse software in master station and proxy server in substation,can remotely inspect operation of secondary equipment in intelligent substation to control its operation status so as to shorten response time for fault handling and reducing operation and maintenance cost.
