摘要(Abstract):

介绍了某660 MW超超临界机组50%甩负荷试验过程,指出其存在转速飞升偏高的现象,分析认为根本原因是高压调节阀阀位控制偏差定值设定失当。结合生产实际,对高压调节阀阀位控制偏差定值的形成与修改进行了讨论,并指出对该定值的修改应格外慎重。
The paper introduces 50% load shedding process of 660 MW ultra-supercritical units and indicates the high rotation speed rising. The paper believes the reason is inappropriate valve position control deviation settings of high pressure governing valve. In accordance with production practicality, the paper discusses formation and correction of valve position control deviation settings of high pressure governing valve and indicates that special attention to the correction of the settings must be paid.
