脱硝系统流场优化在330MW机组上的实践
The Practice of Flow Field Optimization in Denitration System of a 330 MW Unit

摘要(Abstract):

针对330 MW机组脱硝改造后烟气流场不均匀的情况,提出现场优化改造方案,即通过增加导流板和混合器等措施,实现了催化剂入口流场的均匀分布。通过现场调试和测试,证明该方案能有效降低NOX进、出口浓度场和温度场等的偏差,从而有效降低了氨逃逸率。
The paper puts forward a specific optimization scheme for the uneven flow field of flue gas after denitration retrofit of a 330 MW unit: installing a diversion plate and mixer to achieve a well-distributed inlet flow field of catalyst. The deviations of NOXinlet and outlet concentration field and temperature field are effectively reduced to slash ammonia escape.
