摘要(Abstract):
利用多空气分级技术对420t/h四角切圆燃烧锅炉的燃烧系统进行了改造及运行调整,改造后锅炉NOX及CO排放浓度、飞灰含碳量、锅炉效率等指标均达到了设计要求,其中NOX排放浓度从650~690mg/m3降到了300mg/m3以下,达到了国内同类机组的先进水平,可为同类型机组低氮燃烧技术改造和运行优化调整提供参考。
By use of multi-staged air combustion technology burning system of 420t/h tangential-firing boiler is retrofitted and its operation is adjusted. After the retrofit, emission concentration of NOXand CO, carbon content of fly ash and boiler efficiency can all meet the design requirements. The emission concentration of NOXis decreased from 650~690mg/m3 to 300mg/m3, which means an advanced level in similar boilers in China and can be reference to low NOXcombustion technology retrofit and operation optimization adjustment of boilers with the same type.
