地下室环网站凝露解决方案的研究Research on the Condensation Solution in Basement Ring Sites

摘要(Abstract):
随着城市房地产业的发展,城区土地寸土寸金,使得地下室环网站逐年增加。分析了地下室环网站设备出现凝露的原因,提出在环网站柜体内加装温/湿度控制器和加热器,在柜体底部采用防火堵料进行有效封堵,在地下室安装加热干燥设备、通风机、抽水泵等防治措施。同时结合几起案例,介绍了治理效果。
With the promotion of real estate industry in urban areas, land is more expensive in the city,which increases basement ring sites year by year. The paper analyzes causes of condensation in basement ring sites; besides, it suggests taking measures such as installing temperature and humidity controller and heater in ring main unit, using fire-proof caulking to block the bottom of the units and installing heater, dryer, ventilator, pump, etc. By combining several cases, the paper introduces the treatment effect.
