柔直换流阀宽频等效模型建模研究

摘要(Abstract):

柔性直流换流阀是特高压柔性直流输电的核心设备。通过有理逼近建立关键部件的宽频等效模型,建立完整的柔性直流换流阀宽频等效电路。采用有限元分析提取换流阀杂散电容网络及参数,为深入研究柔性直流换流阀过电压以及电磁干扰提供前提条件。将仿真结果与型式试验数据进行对比,结果表明:杂散电感对暂态尖峰电压影响较大,对换流阀在冲击电压下的工作性能并无明显影响;所提方法为换流阀暂态分析提供了一种有效方法。
DC converter valve is the core equipment of UHV flexible DC transmission. The broadband equivalent model of key components is built by rational approximation, and thus a complete broadband equivalent circuit of flexible DC converter valve is established. The stray capacitance network and parameters of the converter valve are extracted by finite element analysis, which provides a prerequisite for in-depth study of overvoltage and electromagnetic interference of flexible DC converter valve. The simulation results and the type test data are compared, and the results show that stray inductance has a great influence on transient peak voltage, but has no obvious influence on the working performance of the converter valve under impulse voltage. The proposed method can serve as an effective method for transient analysis of converter valve.
