摘要(Abstract):
海缆线路的充电功率会对电网无功平衡产生一定的影响,针对2016年春节低负荷时期舟山电网蓬莱供区发生的220 kV侧无功倒送现象,对该供区无功平衡进行计算分析,阐述无功倒送发生的原因。对蓬莱供区2017年无功平衡情况进行计算,针对2017年春节低负荷时期可能发生的无功倒送问题,提出无功配置方案的改进建议,通过分析研究,提出了"十三五"期间蓬莱供区感性无功补偿配置方案。
Charging power of submarine cable has impact on reactive power balance of power grid. On the basis of inverse reactive power feeding from 220 kV side in Penglai power supply area of Zhoushan power grid during low load in Spring Festival of 2016, reactive power balance in the area is calculated and analyzed,and the causes are expounded. Furthermore, reactive power balance in the area is calculated. For the potential inverse reactive power feeding during low load in Spring Festival of 2017, improvement of reactive power configuration scheme is proposed; through analysis and discussion, a configuration scheme for inductive reactive power compensation in Penglai power supply area during "the 13 th Five-year Plan".
