湿法脱硫石膏含水率高原因分析及处理

摘要(Abstract):

影响石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫系统石膏含水率高的原因复杂,其中最直接的是由真空皮带机所引起,主要包括滤饼厚度、滤布参数、滤布堵塞情况、真空度等因素。针对该类问题进行分析、优化,对吸收、中和、氧化、结晶各环节相关的主要参数进行统计分析,找到问题症结,并解决了问题,可供同类系统参考。
Amongst the multiple causes of high moisture content in limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization,vacuum belt conveyor is a direct one, including its filter cake thickness, filter cloth parameter, filter cloth jam and vacuum degree. The abovementioned problems are analyzed and optimized by collecting and analyzing main parameters in the process of absorption, neutralization, oxidation and crystallization to obtain the solution and solve the problems to provide reference for the systems of the same type.
