汽轮机、燃气轮机润滑油系统异常分析与处理

摘要(Abstract):

汽轮机、燃气轮机润滑油系统承担机组轴系的润滑任务,系统异常会造成润滑油压下降,备用油泵联起不成功会造成润滑油中断,轴承失去润滑,机组轴系振动会增大,严重时会引发轴瓦磨损的恶性事故。结合多起润滑油系统故障案例进行分析,给出了润滑油系统异常的解决方案和防范措施,对发电企业润滑油系统缺陷排查和处理具有参考和借鉴意义。
Lubricating oil systems of steam turbine and gas turbine are used for shaft lubrication. System abnormality may result in the decline of the lubricating oil pressure, and failure of combined standby pump startup may cause lubricating oil interruption, which lead to the loss of bearing lubrication, large shaft vibration, increase of shaft vibration or even bearing bush abrasion. In this paper, examples of lubricating oil system faults are described to analyze the reasons, and solutions to lubricating oil system abnormality and preventive measures are proposed, which can be a reference for detection and treatment of lubricating oil system faults in power generation enterprises.
