双级动叶可调式轴流引风机高负荷失速分析

摘要(Abstract):

通过阐述轴流通风机失速的机理,结合某发电厂实际生产中双级动叶可调式轴流引风机失速的现象,分析发生失速的深层次原因,提出机组高负荷下处理引风机失速异常的原则以及防止失速的有效措施。
Through the elaboration on the mechanism of axial flow fan stall and in combination with double stage adjustable-blade axial flow induced draft fan stall in actual production of a power plant, the paper analyzes the deep-seated causes of the stall and thus puts forward the principle of stall handling of induced draft fan in high load and effective measures for install prevention.
