摘要(Abstract)：

随着国家对能源管理要求的提高,能源消耗行业推行能源管理体系建设贯标势在必行。通过嘉电公司在能源管理体系实际建设过程中的探索和实践,提出火电企业开展能源管理体系建设的工作重点是能源评审、法律法规和基准标杆管理以及能源管理方案制定和闭环等要点。火电企业能源管理体系的建设,不仅规范了火电企业能源管理行为,在实现经济效益的同时,也减少了能源的消耗。
With the State's requirement on energy management becomes increasingly high, it is imperative for energy consumption industries to implement construction standards in energy management system. By introducing exploration and practice of Jiaxing Power Generation Co., Ltd. during construction of energy management system, it is indicated that the key points for thermal power enterprise to carry out energy management system construction are energy review, laws, regulations and benchmark management, formulation and closed-loop of energy management schemes, etc. The construction of energy management system not only regulate the energy management behavior of thermal power enterprises but realize the benefits of thermal power enterprises and reduce energy waste at the same time.
