考虑经济性和灵活性的海岛微电网优化调度策略
An Optimal Dispatching Strategy of Island Microgrid Considering Economy and Flexibility

摘要(Abstract):

随着大量风光资源的接入以及电动汽车与储能的应用,海岛微电网系统面临着灵活性平衡的挑战。研究在风光氢储参与下,以购售电费用与弃风弃光惩罚费用最低为经济性衡量指标评估海岛微电网的经济性和灵活性;以系统中一天最大灵活性均值作为灵活性评价指标,对系统中灵活性资源进行分析;最后基于模糊隶属度函数提出综合考虑海岛微电网系统经济性与灵活性的优化调度策略,采用模型预测控制的方法对风光、负荷出力的不确定性进行处理。算例分析表明,所提的优化策略能够统筹兼顾系统的经济性和灵活性,以及在考虑氢能的参与下,能够大大减少弃风弃光,从而提升系统的经济性和灵活性。
With the integration of a large number of wind and solar resources and the application of electric vehicles and energy storage,the island microgrid system is faced with the challenge of flexibility balance. Considering the participation of wind-solar-hydrogen storage,the economy and flexibility of island microgrids with the lowest cost of electricity purchase and sale and the penalty cost of wind and solar power curtailment being economic indicators,and the maximum mean value of flexibility in a single day is used to analyze flexible resources in the system. Finally,the fuzzy membership function is used to propose an optimal dispatching strategy considering the economy and flexibility of the island microgrid system,and the model predictive control method is used to cope with the uncertainty of wind,solar and load output. Calculation examples show that the proposed optimal strategy takes into account both economy and flexibility of the system,and,in consideration of the participation of hydrogen energy,can greatly reduce the curtailment of wind and solar energy,thus improving the economy and flexibility of the system.
