摘要(Abstract):
1 000 MW超超临界火电机组3号抽气蒸汽过热度相对较高,通过在回热系统增加外置蒸汽冷却器是提高系统经济性的有效方法。华能玉环发电厂1 000 MW超超临界机组采用了一种新型加热疏水型外置蒸汽冷却器设置方式,工作参数较低,水侧设计压力仅9.5 MPa。讨论了液位控制和保护逻辑的配合应用,这一设置方式投资回收期短,具有更好的运行特性。
Aiming at high superheat of No.3 extraction steam of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical thermal units,the paper suggests equipping external steam cooler on regenerative system to improve system economy. A new setting mode for external steam cooler with water heating and drainage is adopted in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant, which is characterized by smaller operation parameter and its design pressure at water side is 9.5 MPa.The paper discusses collaborative application of level control and protection logic, which owns shorter investment payback period and better operating performance.
