基于超短期平衡裕度的跨省区电力支援策略生成方法A generation method of inter-provincial power support strategies based on ultra-short-term balance margin

摘要(Abstract):
随着新型电力系统的建设,新能源大规模接入电网以及频发的极端天气给电力平衡带来极大挑战。调度员实时准确评估大电网平衡风险,并利用跨省区交直流实现大范围电力互济,是解决电力平衡问题的有效途径。因此,提出一种基于超短期平衡裕度的跨省区电力支援策略生成方法。首先,通过超短期电力平衡裕度和供电能力指标,评估区域电网电力平衡能力和平衡风险。然后,基于超短期电力平衡裕度,提出考虑交直流安全约束的跨省区电力支援策略生成方法。最后,以实际电网运行数据进行算例仿真,结果验证了方法的有效性和实用性。实际工程应用表明,调度员利用该方法可以准确评估大电网平衡风险,快速生成跨省区电力支援策略。
With the construction of new-type power systems, large-scale integration of renewable energy sources and frequent extreme weather events pose significant challenges to power balance in power grids. Dispatchers need to accurately assess the risk of large-scale power grid imbalance in real time and utilize inter-provincial AC/DC systems for wide-area mutual power support to address these challenges. This paper proposes a generation method of interprovincial power support strategies based on ultra-short-term balance margin. Firstly, it assesses power balance capability and risks through ultra-short-term power balance margin and power supply capacity indicators. Secondly, based on the balance margin, a generation method of inter-provincial power support strategies considering security constraints of AC/DC systems is proposed. Finally, case studies using actual grid operation data verify the method's effectiveness and practicality. Practical applications show that dispatchers can use this method to accurately assess balance risks of large grids and rapidly generate inter-provincial power support strategies.
