发电机密封油系统及其运行Discussion on Functions of Generator Seal Oil System

摘要(Abstract)：
大容量发电机普遍采用氢气作为冷却介质,为防止氢气泄漏,在发电机端部设计了专门的密封装置,并配备相应的密封油系统。密封油系统的基本功能是向密封瓦提供压力油用于润滑和密封,还应具备油温调节功能、过滤功能、油中气体和水分的脱除功能或隔离功能。为充分发挥这些功能,油氢差压、密封油箱真空度、密封油温度等重要运行参数必须得到保证。
Hydrogen is used as the cooling medium in large capacity generator.The special seal apparatus are equipped at the end of generator to prevent hydrogen leak,meanwhile a set of seal oil system is provided.The fundamental function of seal oil system is to supply pressure-oil to seal ring for lubrication and seal,the other function is regulation of oil temperature,filtration,degasification and dehydration or isolation to gas and water in oil.In order to implement these functions,some important operating parameters such as different pressure between oil and hydrogen,vacuum in oil tank,oil temperature should be maintained carefully.
