摘要(Abstract):

介绍1 000 MW超超临界塔式锅炉寿命管理系统的设计方案。基于锅炉材质的高温特性,构建在线寿命评估模型,并针对超超临界锅炉的结构和运行特点,开发炉管异物堵塞监测、运行超限考核、测点多级超限监测和统计等功能。该系统已经在宁海电厂上线应用,并取得了良好的效果。
The design scheme of the life management system for 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical tower boilers is presented.Based on the high temperature characteristics of boiler materials,the online life evaluation model is established.According to the structures and operation features of the boilers,the functions like blockage monitoring of foreign matters in boiler tubes,operation off-limit assessment,multi-level off-limit monitoring for test points and statistics are developed.The application of the system in Ninghai Power Plant shows that it has a favorable effect.
