摘要(Abstract):
介绍了一种主要用于电力调度的新型电力地理集成平台,可同时显示在大屏幕拼接系统及网络工作站上,具有多对象的动态弹出窗口,通过IEC 104规约与SCADA系统实时交换数据。该平台可供调度员在日常调度中了解各不同等级厂站地理信息、运行状态及连接情况,也可供相关技术部门进行系统远程监控管理。
This paper introduces a new type of integrated geographic platform mainly used for electric power dispatching.It can be displayed on the large screen splicing system and network stations simultaneously and is characteristic of pop-up windows for multi-objects and real-time data exchange with SCADA system through IEC 104 protocol.The dispatchers can learn the geographic information,operating condition and linking mode of different levels of stations based on the platform in daily dispatch.And it is also available for the remote monitoring and management of the system by relevant departments.
