摘要(Abstract)：

舟山群岛新区是以海洋经济为主题的国家级新区,现有跨海架空线路14个区段,跨海线路受损原因之一是船舶高桅挂住导线。就此提出一种新的技术措施,并提供了相应解决方案。
Zhoushan Archipelago New Area,which is the national new area themed with marine economy,has 14 sections of overhead lines across waterway.One of the reasons for the line damage is the wire caught by the ship mast.This paper proposes a new technical measure and provides the relevant solutions.
