大型火电机组低加疏水不畅问题的分析及对策
Analysis and Countermeasure against Blocked Drain in LP Heater for Large Thermal Power Generating Unit

摘要(Abstract):

针对300 MW与600 MW机组7号、8号低加疏水系统存在全负荷段无法投入自动的现象,分析了疏水不畅的原因,进而提出了改进措施。结合现场实际情况,在某600 MW机组上取得了成功应用,提高了机组运行的安全性和经济性。
The paper introduces operation failure of low-pressure heaters No.7 and No.8 of 300 MW and 600 MW units in full load.It analyzes causes for blocked drain and hence proposes solutions and ideas for retrofit,which,in combination with field practice,turns out to be a success in 600 MW units and improves safety and economic efficiency of unit operation.
