电力系统稳定器(PSS)参数离线整定与校核研究Study on Setting and Verifying off-line Parameter of Power System Stabilizer

摘要(Abstract):
根据调度部门需求,以励磁实测建模为基础,以PSS/E软件为计算平台,采用测试信号法计算励磁系统相位滞后特性,按照PSS相位补偿原理及临界放大倍数法,实现了PSS参数的离线整定与校核,经浙江电网实际应用证明具有较好的适应性和可信性。
The paper focus on the method how to set and verify the parameter of power system stabilizer(PSS) as for the power grid dispatcher's requirement.The method calculates the phase lag characteristic of exciter control system by testing signal based on the PSS/E software.The method sets and verifies the PSS parameters by phase compensation principle and critical amplification factor.The application in Zhejiang power gird proves that the method is applicable and credible.
