220kV变压器顶盖连接螺栓发热分析与处理方法

摘要(Abstract):

分析了220 kV变压器顶盖连接螺栓发热的主要原因;介绍了通过将顶盖发热螺栓用铜排直接接地、在螺栓与顶盖间增加绝缘垫片的方式处理顶盖连接螺栓发热故障的方法,测试结果表明对解决变压器顶盖连接螺栓发热具有良好的效果。
The paper analyzes major causes for connecting bolt heating of head cover of 220 kV transformer and introduces the disposal of adding insulation spacer between the bolt and the head cover.The test result shows that the method can effectively handle the connecting bolt heating of head cover of transformer.
