摘要(Abstract):
凝汽器抽真空系统包括真空泵组以及附属的连接管路,水环式真空泵固有的"极限抽吸压力"运行特性可能会对降负荷过程中的凝汽器压力改善幅度形成制约,不合理的管路连接方式可能会造成双背压凝汽器失去双背压设计功能。针对生产现场出现的一些抽真空系统问题案例进行技术分析,提出并实施了针对性的解决措施,最后还对改进效果进行了测试和评价。
The vacuum system for condensers includes the vacuum pump groups and connecting pipes.The inherent "limit pumping pressure" operating characteristic of the water ring vacuum pump may restrict the improvement of condenser pressure during the load reduction process.The unreasonable pipe connection method may result in the loss of dual-pressure design function of the dual-pressure condenser.Through the technological analysis of the vacuum system problem cases on site,this paper brings forward and performs the solutions and implements the test and evaluation of the improvement effects.
