永磁联轴器在回转式空预器上的应用

摘要(Abstract):

通过分析回转式空预器液力偶合器、超越离合器故障的原因,提出采用永磁联轴器改进回转式空预器主/副电机、气动盘车装置与减速箱的连接方式,消除液力偶合器漏油、超越离合器轴承故障,保证机组安全稳定运行,并为同类型电厂空预器传动连接方式优化提供借鉴和新的设计思路。
Through the cause analysis on the faults of the fluid coupling of rotary air preheater and overrunning clutch,the method of improving the linking mode between the preheater main/auxiliary motor,pneumatic barring gear and reduction gearbox with the permanent magnetic coupling is presented.The fluid coupling oil leaking and overrunning clutch bearing faults are eliminated to ensure safe and stable operation of units.And it can serve as a reference and provides a new design idea for the same type of electric power plants to optimize the connection mode of the air preheater.
