基于GIS的电力电缆三维图形可视化管理系统

摘要(Abstract):

在分析现有电力电缆传统管理模式的基础上,结合浙江电网的电缆管理实际情况,提出了基于GIS技术的电缆三维图形可视化管理系统的总体开发方案。该系统整合了电缆三维图形信息、地理信息及电缆资产信息,将传统电缆管理模式提升为数字化、可视化、信息化的现代管理模式,可有效提高电力电缆的运行管理水平,提高供电可靠性。
On the basis of analyzing traditional power cable management mode at the present,the paper,in combination with practical situation of power cable management in Zhejiang power grid,proposes an general development scheme of 3D graphical visualized management system of power cables based on GIS technology.The system integrates 3D graphic information of power cables with geographical information and cable asset information and upgrades traditional power management to be digital,visualized and informationized,which can effectively improve operation management level of power cables and power supply reliability.
