摘要(Abstract)：

借鉴变电SCADA系统的研发思路,结合配电管理的实际情况,提出了研发实施基于PI实时数据库的配电数据采集与监视控制系统的设想,并对该系统的发展前景进行了业务和技术展望。
This paper proposes to develop a data acquisition and monitoring control system for distribution network based on plant information(PI) real-time database combined with the research and development thoughts of supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA) system according to the actual situation of distribution management.In addition,it offers the business and technological prospect concerning the system development.
