摘要(Abstract):
为解决某电厂200 MW机组锅炉排烟温度偏高的问题,通过对各关键环节的优化设计,提出了增设低温省煤器系统的技术方案。该方案利用回热系统的低温给水吸收锅炉排烟余热,在不影响锅炉燃烧的前提下,大幅降低排烟温度。对系统运行可能出现的问题进行预测和分析,给出了低温省煤器的设计和结构参数及热经济分析,对于同类型电厂改造具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to solve the overtemperature problem of the boiler exhaust gas for the 200 MW units in a power plant,this paper presents the technical solution of installing low temperature economizer system through the optimization design of every key link.The low-temperature feedwater in the re-heating system is used to absorb the residual heat of the boiler exhaust gas.The exhaust gas temperature is lowered greatly without affecting the combustion of boiler.The potential problems in the system operation are predicted and analyzed,and the analysis of the design,structure parameters and thermal economy of low temperature economizer is presented.And it can serve as a reference for the retrofit of the power plants of the same type.
