摘要(Abstract)：

随着近年来电缆管线规模的迅速膨胀加上管理模式的滞后,传统的管理办法已满足不了生产精益化管理的需求。因此建立一套基于输配电网络实际架构的数字化、标准化的电缆管理规范显得迫在眉睫。针对目前城市地下电缆管理存在的诸多问题,并结合镇海供电局实际情况不断摸索改进,形成了一套地下电缆信息标准化管理模式,有效提高了地下电缆运行管理水平,保障了电缆的安全稳定运行。
With the fast scale expansion of cable pipelines and the lagging management mode in recent years,the traditional management method cannot meet the requirements of lean management of production.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a standardized digital cable management criteria based on practical framework of power transmission and distribution networks.To deal with the current problems of urban underground cable management,the standardized information management mode for underground cables is developed according to the actual situation of Zhenhai Power Supply Bureau to effectively enhance the operation management level of underground cables and guarantees the safe and stable operation.
