摘要(Abstract)：
杭州市电力局2004年开始应用DF8600系统进行电力企业信息集成管理,取得了较好的效果,但仍存在一些问题,为此开发了新一代基于CIM/CIS的DF8600E工作平台,着重对其基本工作原理、技术特点和关键应用技术改进作了较详细探讨,改进后的系统平台实际应用中鲁棒和灵活性良好。
Hangzhou Municipal Electric Power Bureau has adopted the DF8600 system for the integrated information management of electric power enterprises since 2004 and the desirable effects are achieved.However,there are still a few problems and a new generation of DF8600E working platform based on CIM/CIS is developed.This paper discusses the fundamental working principles,technical characteristics and key application technology improvement in detail.The favorable robustness and flexibility of the improved platform are realized during the practical application.
