摘要(Abstract):
针对火电机组汽温控制中的对象特性多变、抗扰动性能差、控制器难于整定等问题,将智能优化算法应用于汽温控制系统中,系统地提出了一套适用于工程实际的汽温控制优化策略,即高精度对象辨识、控制预估算法、扰动预估算法、控制器的鲁棒优化等,通过一个具体实例说明应用步骤,现场应用证明了该方法的有效性。
To solve the questions in steam temperature control system such as the object variability,poor performance of anti-disturbance and controller tuning difficult issues,this paper proposes a set of optimization methods.In this paper,intelligent optimization algorithm and a set of method are applied to actual steam temperature control system,namely,high-precision target identification,control forecast algorithm,perturbation forecast algorithm and the controller robust optimization.The application of the method steps is explained by a ensample,and the effectiveness of the method is proved by locale application.
