摘要(Abstract):
针对高压异步电动机应用690 V低压变频改造后出现电动机绝缘损坏的问题,对电动机绝缘故障损坏的原因展开分析,认为变频器输出波形恶劣、电动机绝缘结构缺陷是主要因素,据此提出了加装滤波器、电动机选用成型绕组加强绝缘性能的对策,取得了良好的效果。
This paper analyzes the causes of the insulation damage occurred after 690 V low-voltage frequency conversion transformation for high-voltage asynchronous motor.It concludes that the undesirable output wave of frequency converter and the structural defects of motor insulation are the main factors.It presents the solutions of installing wave filter and applying preformed windings for motor to enhance insulation performance and satisfactory effects are obtained.
