摘要(Abstract):
通过对直吹式制粉系统的特点分析,结合AGC全范围无断点运行的要求,解决直吹式制粉系统机组侧AGC断点问题,包括制粉系统的顺控启停、预启停判断及制粉系统启停时的平滑切换等。进一步扩大网调侧主站范围设置,提高AGC控制水平,并有效减轻运行人员工作强度与操作风险,有助于机组制粉系统控制水平的提高。
This paper addresses AGC breakpoints in direct-milling system unit by analysis on the characteristics of direct-milling in combination with the requirement of full-range non-breakpoint operation of AGC,including sequential control of startup and shutdown of milling system,pre-determining of startup and shutdown and the smooth switching of startup and shutdown of milling system.Furthermore,these achievements expand the control scope of network settings on the side of the main station,improve the AGC control level,and in the meantime effectively reduce working strength of operating personnel and operational risks,which helps to improve control of milling system.
