摘要(Abstract)：

宁海发电厂5号机组投入商业运行后,热控系统逐渐暴露了一些重复性设备缺陷,有些就地设备日常维护也很困难,在机组首次检查性检修中对部分热控设备进行了技术优化改造,改造后的优化效果明显且便利了日常维护,大大提高了设备运行的可靠性。
The repetitive device defects of the thermal control system and daily maintenance difficulties of some local equipments gradually occurred since the Unit 5 was put into commercial operation in Ninghai Power Plant.The technical optimization retrofit of some thermal control equipments is carried out in the first examination maintenance for the unit.The comparison before and after the retrofit shows that the optimization effect is significant and it improves the convenience of daily maintenance and the reliability of equipment operation greatly.
