摘要(Abstract)：
DL/T 890 是为电力EMS系统编写的应用程序接口标准,等同于IEC61970国际标准,用于EMS系统与调度中心其他系统的互连、互通、互操作。PI实时/历史数据库系统在接入调度SCADA系统数据时,即采用了DL/T 890 标准的CIS接口,并使用DL/T 890 CIM规范交换调度电网模型。HSDA接口是DL/T 890 CIS接口的一部分,用于实现高速数据访问。从介绍DL/T 890 HSDA接口标准入手,阐述了如何通过PI实时/历史数据库系统实现DL/T 890 的HSDA接口。
DL/T 890 standards stipulated for application program interface of electric power EMS system are equivalent to IEC 61970 international standards.These are used for interconnection,interworking and interoperability between EMS system and other systems of dispatch center.Plant information(PI) database is connected with dispatch supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA) system data adopting the CIS interface of DL/T 890 standards and DL/T 890 CIM specification exchange dispatch grid model.HSDA interface which is part of DL/T 890 CIS interface is used for high speed data access.This paper introduces DL/T 860 HSDA interface standards and elaborates the way to implement DL/T 890 HSDA interface based on PI database.
