摘要(Abstract)：
运用科学的电网发展评估指标体系,从电网网架结构、配电网可靠性水平、输变电设备容量利用效率水平等方面,对浙江电网"十一五"规划总体执行情况进行总结评估,指出在电网发展中存在的问题,以期为"十二五"规划的编制提供决策依据。
In terms of the grid structure,the reliability of distribution network and the capacity utilization efficiency of the transmission and transformation equipments,this paper summarizes and evaluates the general implementation situation of 11th five-year plan for Zhejiang grid with the scientific grid development evaluation index system and presents the problems of grid development to provide the basis for decision making in the planning of 12th five-year plan.
