摘要(Abstract)：

结合长兴电网实际情况,在确保电网安全稳定运行的前提下,以调度为主体,通过调控一体化的实施,推进调度运行与设备运行监控的融合,减少中间环节,缩短业务流程,强化电网运行管理,提高运行工作效率,使电网调度运行控制能力达到新的水平。
Combined with the actual situation of Changxing grid,the dispatch-based monitoring integration between dispatch operation and equipment operation is promoted by implementation of control integration based on safe and stable operation of grid.In addition,it reduces intermediate links and business processes and improves the grid operations management and operational efficiency so that it can achieve a new level of dispatch and operation control.
