摘要(Abstract)：

介绍智能变电站常规组态、二次施工图设计的主要方式,以及当前智能变电站在组态和施工图设计过程中存在的问题;探讨智能变电站二次施工图标准化技术、图模转换技术和智能变电站新的组态方式;介绍智能变电站二次施工图标准化技术的优点和需要解决的问题,探讨智能变电站IEC61850组态增加新的内容(防误逻辑和一次系统配置文件SSD等)。
The paper introduces general configuration of smart substation,fundamental mode of construction drawing in secondary specialty,problems in present configuration of smart substation and construction drawing;it discusses standardization technology of construction-drawing in secondary specialty in smart substation,drawing-model interconversion technology and new configuration mode of smart substation;it introduces advantages of standardization technology of construction-drawing in secondary specialty in smart substation,the problems that need to be solved and discusses to add new content in IEC 61850 configuration of smart substation(anti-maloperation logic and configure SSD file in primary system and etc).
