风-水电联合系统功率优化输出的研究Optimization Output of Active Power for Wind-hydro Hybrid System

摘要(Abstract):
为了充分利用风能资源,改善风电场的功率输出特性,在有条件的地区可采取风-水电联合供电的方式来提高风电质量和风电场的运行效益。考虑电力市场下峰谷电价因素,合理运用风电场功率输出波动最小的指标,提出了旨在实现风-水电联合系统优化调度的高斯模型(简称G模型)。采用概率遍历搜索和局部弹性搜索相结合的改进遗传算法,对风电场典型运行工况进行了优化仿真计算,计算结果表明了风-水电联合供电系统的优势。
To improve the power output characteristics of wind power field and use the wind energy resources fully,the way using wind-hydro hybrid system can be adopted in some places where there are some water resources to enhance the power quality and operation benefit of wind power field.Because of the power price at peak or valley time,rationally use the index of minimizing the wind power output fluctuation,and establish the Gauss model(i.e.,G model) to optimize the dispatching of wind-hydro hybrid system.The model is executed for a typical operating condition of wind power field by a refined genetic algorithm using probability search and local elastic search.
