摘要(Abstract):
理论计算和锅炉煤种掺烧试验均表明,掺烧发热量相同的煤种时,燃用高水分煤种的锅炉效率比燃用高灰分煤种的锅炉效率高。因此,在保障电厂燃烧安全的前提下,通过掺烧、配煤方式,提高燃用高水分低灰分煤种的比重,可以达到提高燃用效率和节能减排的目的。
The theoretical calculation and the blended coal combustion tests of the boiler show that in combustion of blended coal with the same calorific value,the efficiency of the boiler with high-moisture coal combustion is higher than that of the boiler with high-ash coal combustion.Therefore,on the premise of ensuring the safe combustion in the power plant,the proportion of high-moisture low-ash coal in combustion is increased by means of blended coal combustion or coal blending so that the goal of combustion efficiency improvement and energy saving and emission reduction can be achieved.
