摘要(Abstract):

低压转子支撑轴承座瓦振大和超标问题,是超超临界1 000 MW西门子机组的共性问题。以北仑7号机为例,介绍了4号瓦振、轴振不稳定导致无法运行问题的振动特征,并对其进行试验研究和分析,提出了轴系动平衡处理和轴承座检修并重的治理方案,彻底解决了瓦振超标问题。振动的治理实践表明故障诊断的方法和治理措施是有效的。
Excessive vibration of low pressure rotor support bearing block is the common problem of Siemens 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine generator units.Illustrated with a case of Unit 7 in Beilun Power Plant,this paper introduces the vibration characteristics that the unstable vibration of No.4 bearing and shaft is the reason for being unable to operate.Based on the experimental research and analysis,it proposes the solution which combines shaft system dynamic balance treatment with bearing block maintenance and solves the problem thoroughly.The treatment practice indicates that the fault diagnosis method and the treatment measures are effective.
