摘要(Abstract):

TOP(电站热工优化控制平台)系统与DCS实现立体数据交互,直接参与过程控制,因此对硬件与通信系统的可靠性及系统运行安全性要求很高,从设计理念上对平台的安全可靠性做了充分的考虑,对设备运行的性能与功能则通过针对性、系统性测试技术的应用,获得了有效验证,为系统应用提供了可靠数据与设计依据。
The power plant thermal optimized-control platform(TOP) system implements fully integrated data interaction with DCS and it directly participates in the process control,therefore there are strict requirements on the reliability of the hardware and communication system.The safety and reliability of the platform are soundly considered in the design idea,and the operation performance and function of the equipment,however,are verified by application of pertinent and systematic test technique,which provides reliable data and basis for design to application and implementation of the system.
