摘要(Abstract):
以LGJ300/50钢芯铝绞线为例,利用ANSYS软件建立数学模型,通过仿真分析得出导线温度与载流的对应关系,弥补了摩尔根公式及修正的摩尔根公式的不足。经计算比较,确认ANSYS仿真法是一种准确、可行的导线载流量的计算方法。
This paper adopts ANSYS software to establish mathematical model, presents the relationship between conductor temperature and carrying current capacity through simulation analysis illustrated with an example of LGJ300/50, make up for the defects of Morgan Formula and Revised Morgan Formula. ANSYS simulation method is confirmed to be an accurate and feasible calculation method for conductor current-arrying capacity by calculation and comparison.
