摘要(Abstract):
AGC工况下机组指令处于不间断的变化中,如何在满足负荷快速连续变化工况的同时适应振荡工况,是提高机组运行经济性的一个研究方向。从能量分析的角度出发,结合AGC运行特点,提出了一种负荷变动时锅炉前馈因数的整定方法。该方法在某600MW机组的AGC优化系统中成功应用,取得了较好的效果。
In AGC conditions,unit load instruction is in uninterrupted change.It is a research orientation for improving economical efficiency of unit operation to meet the working conditions of fast and continuous change and adapt the oscillation at the same time.From the perspective of energy analysis and in combination with operating characteristics of AGC,the paper proposes a setting method of feedforward factor of boiler in changing load.The method was successfully applied in AGC optimization system of 600 MW and turns out to be effective.
