摘要(Abstract)：

用电信息采集系统是国家电网公司加快"SG186"信息化应用,实现用电数据"全覆盖、全采集、全费控",推行双向互动式供电服务的重要工程。介绍了湖州电网已建成全覆盖采集系统的基本构成及主要功能,重点阐述系统在电力营销管理各方面的深化应用,以便更好地为电力企业信息化、集约化、精益化发展服务。
Electricity utilization information acquisition system is a key project of China State Grid Corporation to accelerate "SG186" application of information technology,"full coverage,full collection and full cost control" of electricity utilization data.This paper introduces essential components and major functions of full-coverage collection system built by Huzhou power grid,and it lays emphasis on elaborating further application of the system in various aspects of electric power marketing management so as to better serve the informatized,intensified and lean development of power enterprises.
