摘要(Abstract)：

以ABB公司的DCS系统为例,分析系统维护过程中的风险点,列举了多个故障处理案例。根据以往的维护经验归纳出一套风险管理机制,供同行参考。
DCS system maintenance is a challenging and comprehensive work.Any improper operation will cause a fatal impact.This requires us to have an appropriate risk assessment about all parts of existence,and take adequate security measures to reduce risk.Based on ABB DCS system as an example,the paper analyses risk points in process of system maintenance,and lists a number of cases of treatment failure.Finally,it summarizes a set of risk management mechanism based on past experience.
