消除给水泵汽轮机振动监视干扰的案例分析

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了给水泵汽轮机振动测量的原理,通过对振动干扰现象的统计和分析,查找引起干扰的原因。采用切断干扰耦合途径的方法,将振动探头前置器侧屏蔽线浮空,消除接头接地以及做好卡件侧的接地,有效消除了多点共地和振动测量中的干扰。
The paper introduces principle of BFPT vibration and seeks out causes for interference via statistics and analysis of vibration.The method for cutting down interference to coupling path is adopted to hang the shield wire of proximity transducer in the air and remove joint grounding and ensure the grounding at card side so as to eliminate interference in multi-point grounding and vibration measurement.
